Privacy Policy

ai{Found}RE is operated by aiFoundRE LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. We provide AI visibility audit and monitoring services for real estate professionals. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means aiFoundRE LLC.

When you sign up or complete an audit, we collect the following:

• —Your name, email address, and phone number
• —Your brokerage and real estate license market(s)
• —Your website URL and professional niche
• —Your FoundScore audit results — including platform-by-platform scores and gap analysis
• —Payment transaction records (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number)
• —Communications you send to us via email or support channels

During an audit, we send prompts to AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Claude) and record their responses about your visibility. These raw responses are stored temporarily and deleted after 90 days.

We use your information to:

• —Run your FoundScore audit and generate your report
• —Track your visibility over time and produce delta reports
• —Send you audit results, action plans, and service updates
• —Provide coaching, content, or done-for-you services if you're on those tiers
• —Process payments and manage your subscription
• —Improve the FoundScore methodology using anonymized, aggregated data
• —Respond to your support requests

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with other real estate agents or brokerages.

If you cancel your account and don't request deletion, we anonymize your record after 5 years — removing all identifying information while retaining aggregate score data for product analytics.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Specifically:

• —Access — you can request a copy of all data we hold about you
• —Correction — you can ask us to fix inaccurate information
• —Deletion — you can ask us to delete your account and all associated personal data
• —Portability — you can request your audit history in a portable format
• —Objection — you can object to how we use your data

To exercise any of these rights, email support@aifoundre.com. We will acknowledge your request within 10 days and complete it within 30 days. This meets GDPR requirements and exceeds CCPA requirements.

Note: Stripe transaction records are retained for 7 years per IRS requirements. This is outside our control and will be disclosed in any deletion confirmation we send you.

We use the following services to operate ai{Found}RE. Each has its own privacy policy:

• —Notion — internal data storage and workflow management (notion.so/privacy)
• —Typeform — onboarding forms (typeform.com/help/a/gdpr-and-typeform)
• —Google Workspace — email (policies.google.com/privacy)
• —OpenRouter / AI platforms — audit prompt delivery (openrouter.ai/privacy)

We have or will enter into Data Processing Agreements with these providers as required under GDPR before processing client data at scale.

Our website (aifoundre.com) does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use essential session cookies to support login functionality in a future client portal. We will update this policy when that changes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. This includes access controls, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and limiting data access to authorized team members. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take it seriously and will notify you promptly in the event of a breach that affects your personal data.

Our service is intended for licensed real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our service, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as our service evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top and notify active clients by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
